Hi all,

I have been a student of the subject for the last 3 years. I have been reading

the various messages relating to change of jobs on this forum. I wish to add

the following.

Career prospects are governed by the following houses

Service : 2,6,10,11

Business : 2,7,10,11

they signify as follows -

2 - wealth, money, bank accounts

6 - service and working conditions

10 - career, name and fame

11 - financial gain from career, increments, promotion

7 - business, partners, trade and commerce.

New job should be seen from the combination of houses 2,6,10,11 in the dasas as

well as throuh transits of the planets in the signifying houses.

Change in job should be seen from 5th and 9th house

5ht - being the 12th (separation) from the 6th house

9th - being the 12th from the 10th house.

Change in residence alongwith the change in job is normally ( there may be other

cases as well ) due to a malefic influence (e.g. 12th lord again) on the 4th

house or 4th lord. If the natal chart shows life abroad, this could be the

timing of the change of residence to move abroad.

For eg. let us take the following chart.

Asc - Pisces lagna -24 deg 58'

Jupiter - Aries - 25 deg

Moon sign - Aquarius - 1deg

Lord of 4th - Mercury in Taurus - 9 deg

Dasa Bhukti - Jupiter / Saturn from April 1999 to October 2001

When the lord of 12th Saturn bhukti started in April 1999 Saturn was transiting

the 3rd house - Aries from the moon sign thus aspecting the 9th house. The

individual quit his job (a good one) in Sept 1999 after Jupiter was also

trnasiting Aries from June 1999 to May 2000.

When Jupiter and Saturn transited to Taurus in June 2000 they both aspected the

10th house. Saturn being the lord of the 12th transiting the 4th house and 4th

lord (mercury in taurus in natal chart) from June 2000 to June 2002. Hence,

there was a new job for the individual in this period before June 2001 when

Jupiter entered Gemini in tansit. The job was a better one and he is now

abroad.

There are many other ways of changes in residence with change in job appearing

in the horscopes. I would be glad to read the observation / examples from any

of you.

Also could any one of you enlighten me on a change in residence that occurs when

one is already abroad. That is change in foreign residence toanother country but

not coming to the homeland. For eg. say one in the US and he moves to the UK.

How are such change in residences seen from the charts. Is it the 7th house

being the house of foreign residence or some other methods. Your input would

be appreciated.
