Urgent Help Wanted - Sister's going crazy. Rahu transit.

Dear Sanjay and Learned Jyotisha,

 

I need help. My sister's condition has worsened over

the last 3 weeks. She refuses to eat or drink and

hasn't done so for the last three weeks. Docters have

diagnosed her as being psychotic and being mentally

unwell. She has had a few hallucinations.

 

There were a few incidents with her running away from

home, and also one of her throwing a knife at someones

car. She had been hearing "voices" for a few months up

until a couple of weeks ago. All this out of

character, and she's never had any mental problems

before.

 

She is under observation at a mental hospital, and if

her condition does not improve within the next few

days, she will be transfered to a bigger hospital

where her mental status will be moved up to the next

level where they'll start administering drugs and

medication to "balance" her "psychotic" condition.

 

A few mantra remedies were recommended by a pundit but

she won't chant any mantras or perform any pujas at

all even after being told that it would improve her

situation.

 

There are a few Lal Kitab and tantric remedies

available, but I don't know if they are approriate in

this situation.

 

She is going through her rahu mahadasa and currently

rahu is transiting her lagna (and chandra lagna). She

complains of her throat being dry or blocked, when

there is no blockage. Rahu's influence?

 

Any help would be heartfully appreciated, thanks..

As I was reading through your letter, the detailed description fitted just

one situation "YAMA" and then when we open the chart, the Lagna Taurus with

the Moon has been taking a terrible beating for about 5 years or so now.

Thats quite a long period for anyone to remain sane. No doubt her condition

has deteriorated. The return of Saturn from January 8, 2003 would have made

the position terrible as the God of death loiters around. This is terrible

for everyone around and her situation would become worse till April 2003

when Saturn shall leave her for many many years. Such a terrible Sade-sati

is made worse with the dasa of Rahu and antardasa of Lagna lord.

 

The Maha-Narayana Upanishad says that Brihaspati alone can save one from the

noose of Varuna or the staff (Gada) of Yama as Guru is the natural kavaca

(talisman) for the body. The intelligence is protected from dangers. Do the

following:

1. Give her a gold band or ring to wear in the right hand ring finger after

sanctifying it with the mantra: "Om Param-tatvaaya Naraayanaaya Guru-bhyo

namah."

2. Recite the Mrityunjaya Mantra 108 times in the morning and evening. If

you cannot do this personally, then please get a tape for her or download

the file from the SJC Web pages: http://.org;

3. Please try to ensure that non-vegeaterian food is not served to her. If

she can change then good for everyone, if not, then at least till April

2003.

Dear Bush,

It appears that Saturn's retrograde entry in to Taurus has worsened her

condition.Lord of 5th and Moon are both aspected by Natal Saturn.With Saturn

entering the Ascendant again he is conjuct Moon and aspects Mercury.She is

running Rahu-Venus-Moon Maha-Antar-Pratyantar Dashas.Any improvement could only

take place when Saturn re-enters Gemini around Aapril 4th or so. Her condition

could have started deteriorating around October 12-2002 when Saturn became

retrograde and cast his shadow over Taurus.

You could try Emerald in ring finger, if she accepts to wear it and the Hospital

Authorities permit it.Her prognosis does not appear to be good at this point of

time.

Query: Both Saturn and Moon are in Deva amsas and Rahu is Raaksasa. The

current transit of Rahu is within 6( of natal Moon and separating and going

into Aries! Isn't the cause due to Rahu, in the light of the fact that MD is

Rahu?

You are suggesting that it is due to Sade Sati and badakesh Saturn who

happens to be YK.

Where does Yama Gandanta in Asresha (Mercury star) feature in this? The sub

of Mercury has been operating since 1998-2001, and PD Ketu 2001-2002, (in

Mars' star, 12th Lord), PD Venus 2002-2004 (in Venus' star, 6th lord in 12th

, illness, in Aries= head with A8).

As taught by you, the cure is 6th from any planet. 6th from Venus is the

Moon. Moon is strong, being born in Sukla Paksha. Silver band on ring finger

(rules the signs Aries, Leo and Sagittarius).

Visti: This doesn't mean that Shani and Moon will not do harm. This means

that Shani and Moon will act out in the dharma of preservation, whilst Rahu

will attempt to change things. Hence during Rahu Dasa, the native may have a

tendency to avoid what they used todo and change their current circumstances.

Visti: Rahu Dasa will indeed add to the problems. Pay careful attention to

Visti: Shani and Rahu transiting Lagna is bad, as it shows the intelligence

has gone for a six. As this transits the moon sign too, the natives attitude

towards life follows and the native is in a deep mess. She will be very

unwilling to take any advise, and will have great dismay towards the world.

When talking of Transits, lordships have little meaning unless we are looking at

a Dasa Pravesh Chakra. Shani as Badhakesh in the 4th house with 2 malefics, is

quite malefic, no matter how much Yoga-karaka is there. Jupiter is the saving

force here, allthough theres a need to worship the Dharma Devata. All the

grahas joined Badhakesh indicate the mistakes she made towards the various

deities.

Visti: It doesn't. Shani is Yaama, and if Shiva (Sun) supports him (through

transit) then death can happen.

Visti: When reckoning the area of ailment, we discern between 6th and 8th

houses/lords. For the 6th lord, the house position, Drekkana and Kauluka will

determine the area. For 8th lord, count from aries onwards.

But this isn't the problem. The Dhi-Shakti is indicated by Lagna lord, and its

Karaka is Jupiter. Naturally the worst enemies for the dhi-shakti are Shani and

Rahu, so we must note their positions.

 

Lagna lord is in the 12th house, and recieves the Graha Dristi from Rahu. This

causes hallucinations.

Now see Jupiter the Karaka - its retrogade and joined both Shani and Rahu.. The

natives awareness is gone!

Visti: I warned Gauranga about using this scheme earlier. In the scheme of

weekdays, the 6th graha from any other, has the power to dominate over the

graha. Do you want her Lagna lord to be dominated? or do you wanto dominate

over Rahu who's causing the problem? I would think the latter is the right

answer.

 

The real way out to any problem is seen from the 5th HOUSE from the

house/planet. The 5th from Venus has the volatile combination and Guru is

there, hence Guru should be propitiated. This is ruled by Sun hence Gold should

be used.. We may infer the same when looking to the 5th from Leo.

This being the 4th house indicates the need for happiness in her life, which has

been long gone.. herein we find the most important of the remedies, and the

people who can carry them out.

 

Thou Gurudev didn't use the above reasoning for the chart, it will still hold true.

 

6th from Venus is the> Moon. Moon is strong, being born in Sukla Paksha. Silver

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but as fas as I know, per rule of sandhi,

this should be parama-tattvaya or para-tattvaya either of the two (of course

modifying the akshara number). Also gurubhyas is the dative case in plural,

so why is the plural number here? Naarayana is one, para-tattva is also one

so even if we take them as two separate then it still justifies only for

dual case which is gurubhyaam in this case. Or does Gurubhyas refer to the

Gurus of the native in general, and has nothing to do with Narayana and

Para-tattva (I mean grammatically). Could you please cite the source of this

mantra?
