It may give waisting away energy or too much roaming. Passions will be pronunced as both houses are Kama Trikona. It may give younger siblings if unafflicted and depending on the karakas, It may give success in efforts, writing, fine arts, publishing and lots of travelling. Significations of 3rd house would flourish if 3rd lord is well placed.If surya is in 12th,4th,6th and 10th house there would be medical problems about native which will have to be cured for begetting progeny. Spouse will have the nature of Mangal, and the relationship may be combating. Parashara says that: the person will be interested in serving the king. Thus this position is not conducive to private business, since 3rd house is mild dustana. Further, 3rd lord gives associates, and servants, and it governs owns efforts. It will have argal over 9th house of Father, Laws and Boss. So the person would serve either father or boss. Further Parashara states that there will not be happiness in boyhood but later on. 3rd house would aspect lagna, so such harsh energy of mangal would cause initial setbacks in life, and would later on with efforts (upachaya) overcome obstacles and be happy. Note that 7th house rules the happiness in relative field (karaka is Shukra).
