Guest guest
Hare Krishna Dear Serena, Welcome to the list!- I would like to recommend a book that has a lot of basics that will help when you come across interesting things here on this list.It is like a Vedic astrology primer, authored by Narasimha Rao , the group moderator. The title is "Vedic Astrology - an intergrated approach" He has also created some software you might be intersted in at some time, you can download it free from the SJC web site at www..org. There are alot of articles at the SJC web site. Also, check the SJC web site for study groups in your area. You can go through years of these -topics also and gain alot of knowledge. Re:Astrology programs, some are pretty similiar-I have several astrology programs, the best all around program, easiest to use, for NEW students I think would be "goravani" software his web site is . It also comes with astrology lessons and videos also.( you can access lessons on his web site also) I maintain the SJC book store for USA , we have Narasimhas book in stock for $18.00.We also Pt. Sanjay Raths books and have a number of other books for students. You can write me at laksmi_k for a book list.We also have conference Cds. available. Good Luck in your studies!
