The reason is that Jupiter is aspecting Saturn this year; Ju;iter will be aspecting Venus next year. However, he has kujadosha. He should marry someone who has the same condition. Otherwise, the marriage will be less than stable. Part of the reason why he's not married is because of the Rahu/Moon combination.
