Effect of Jupiter-Venus conjunction in different houses

Me and my have the same combination. I would like to

know what the outcome would be in each of the cases.

 

Me:

 

Lagna: Makara.

Jupiter and Venus in 11th house(in Scorpio)

Jupiter 3rd and 12th lord

Venus 5th and 10th lord.

 

My wife:

 

Lagna:Tula.

Jupiter and Venus in 9th house(in Gemini)

Jupiter 3rd and 6th lord

Venus 1st and 8th lord.
