Guest guest
Dear Ramapriya, As per Vastu books/articles which I have read it is not advisable to keep Tajmahal or pictures of Tajmahal at home because it is a Maqbra(it may be representing luv also for some). One is not to keep pictures of jungle animals at home(which is contrary to Feng Shui where you are required to keep pictures of tiger etc. at the entrance to the house including the duck/frog/dog etc at different places in the house)which may have to be reconciled with the fact that Durga Mata rides a tiger,Lakshmi Mata has elephants around her. Mr.Tarun is quoting Lal Kitab remedies(a taboo on this list) where some are asked not to keep elephant pictures etc at home and others are recommended to keep small silver/steel elephant on person. With regards, Jagmeet
Guest guest
Jaya Jagannath Dear Jagmeet, Now there is a big controversy on the Tajmahal. It is being proposed that this is a Shiva Temple called Tejo-Mahalaya, which was usurped by Sahajan from the king of Jaipur and then minor modifications made to give it the shape and name of Maqbara. 22 rooms are still locked which can prove that this claim to be true, however no govt has done anything to keep themselves away from the controversy. I guess keeping Tahmal Picture shall not be bad. Guest guest
Om Namo Narayanaya, Dear Jagmeet, Lal Kitab is not a taboo on this list. You may read it if you wish. This list is hosted by Narasimha Rao, who is a shishya of Pt. Sanjay Rath, who recommended us not to deal with Lal Kitab. So it is personal choice. Best wishes Zoran >Dear Ramapriya, >As per Vastu books/articles which I have read it is not advisable to keep >Tajmahal or pictures of Tajmahal at home because it is a Maqbra(it may be >representing luv also for some). >One is not to keep pictures of jungle animals at home(which is contrary >to Feng Shui where you are required to keep pictures of tiger etc. at the >entrance to the house including the duck/frog/dog etc at different places >in the house)which may have to be reconciled with the fact that Durga >Mata rides a tiger,Lakshmi Mata has elephants around her. >Mr.Tarun is quoting Lal Kitab remedies(a taboo on this list) where some >are asked not to keep elephant pictures etc at home and others are >recommended to keep small silver/steel elephant on person. >With regards, >Jagmeet > > > > > > > >....... Guest guest
|| Har Har Mahadev Shambhu Kashi Vishwanath Gange || Dear Sarajit, I too read a book (and some more books about several other monuments in India by Shri P.N. Oak ) around 16-17 yrs back which had proved that Taj Mahal was a Shiva Temple built by Maharaja Tej Singh. It still has a trishul on top of its main dome. Tejaji (a form of Shiva) is worshipped even today in Rajasthan and UP. On doing a brief search on google I found the following links http://www.stephen-knapp.com/was_the_taj_mahal_a_vedic_temple.htm http://www.flex.com/~jai/satyamevajayate/tejo.html I guess this is too controversial a topic for anyone to touch so its been left alone. Guest guest
Just wondering whether this is a jyotish list or an archeology list! No offense meant to anyone. ..... ANyways, here is my 2c, before PVRji pulls the plug on this non- astro discussion. Such accusations (on TajMahal being a Siva Temple) are around for a while - but **nothing** has been proven. I have read much more convincing arguments that TajMahal as it is could never have been a hindu temple. (I dont have references as I read those two years before... so please dont ask for it) If there was a temple, it was either destroyed fully and TajMahal built there or the whole thing is an imagination of someone with a sense of humor. Some architects that I talked to laughed about the whole idea of vedic style domb "converted" into a mughal style domb we see in TajMahal. Architecturally, it is almost impossible to convert a domb of the size of TajMahal's (from what I heard)! I have visited TajMahal and from my observation, every stone there speaks of an original Mughal origin. If it was a hindu temple, it must have been an unique piece, a hindu temple built using mughal architecture! Rumours constructed with plausible arguments seem to become very powerful in course of time, especially when some emotional/religious flavor is added to it. With many *engineers* of history hell bent on inventing a new history of India today, we may see many more such accusations, some with an element of truth while the rest dreamed up. I just hope we dont forget to remember things such as fact, verification, proof and logic. ;-) -Siva. vedic astrology, rao rao <rsmanchella> wrote: > > dear sarjit , > thanks for giving an important site www.stephen-knapp.com, > it is avaluable site for knowing our ancient civilization and to know how the world was ruled by the hindu religion and how others had tried to destroy the evidence related to the past and how the congress goverments in center have showed their descrimation towards hindu religion and tried to attract other religions by supporting them for their vote bank policies by not bringing the evidence to the public view. > thanks > srinivas > "shivkulhari <shivkulhari>" <shivkulhari> wrote: || Har Har Mahadev Shambhu Kashi Vishwanath Gange || > > Dear Sarajit, > > I too read a book (and some more books about several other monuments > in India by Shri P.N.
