Its lord Mars is in 8th from it. Venus is the principal maraka for Aries. So, these 2 planets are harmful for A4. Shodasottari dasa Mars/Venus was running in 1996. Vimshottari bukhti of Venus confirm this. In D24, Mars is the principal maraka for 9th house (higher education). It is in 9th with debilitated Sun, whose malfeasance was in function in Venus period because of parivartana between Sun and Venus. I've mentioned in my preceding message the possibility of material comfort coming from your mother (or may be from your maternal uncle). You are running Mer Vimshottari dasa. Being AK, Mer is troublesome, but it is in 9th in Rasi, improving your longevity to middle-long life. In navamsa, Mer is in parivartana with Sat in Lagna. This association of the AK Mercury with Lagna by proxy can you give rise to a high position in Vimshottari/Shodasottari dasa/antar of Mer/Sat or Sat/Mer.
