Dear Friends,

Yesterday an idea struck to my mind to try the question with Prasna when a

housewife from adjacent flat was expressing her curiosity for the outcome of

the match. It was 11:42 PM (IST) in Mumbai on 22.03.2003. I am giving my

observations hereunder :

1) It will give fame to India and might be humiliating to their opponents (Australia).

2) India is likely to maintain its balance throughout the match.

3) First half will be particularly good for India. If they start batting first,

they will be able to raise a good score and opening batsmen will do very well.

4) In case of any disputes, empires will favour India.

5) Only perplexing thing seems to be 6 planets in 12th from Navamsa Lagna and

debilitation of Navamsa Lagna lord.

Summarizing, it can be concluded that India will win the world cup this time.

Dear Friends,

Now we all know the results. Most of us (including me) had failed to see the

event. The lesson is obvious, we need to refine our techniques. So far as I am

concerned, I predicted on the basis of Prasna and have decided not to practise

Prasna atleast for 2 months except for learning purposes. I had started

learning Prasna just a month ago and mostly predicted on the lines of natal

astrology. Perhaps I was too enthusiastic. Though I can see some points now for

my faulty judgement, but that is only post-mortem and thus not important. Such

excuses are always available. We all should strive to learn predicting or

telling the client atleast some general trends without knowing it in advance.

Only that will help astrology regain its lost prestige. I hope most of you

would agree.

It is not fair to blame Prashana. I am practicing Prashna more than 10 years and

can say Prashna branch is one of the most accurate and pinpointing method of

astrology. I have got accuracy of around 90% and the remaining 10% is also due

to my failure not horary astrology's failure. I believe it is hundred percent

accurate, much more accurate than natal. As I have already said that there must

be very direct relationship between the person asking the query and the event.

For example (I am repeating it again) If Ganguly or Ponting would have asked

this question that whether his team will win or not, you would have certainly

got accurate results. According to me horary is not at all suitable to predict

these types of event.
