Question: You asked whether you'll pass or not?

 

Answer: You'll pass if you work hard and stop wasting your time

seeking magic answers to your laziness or your outright unwillingness

to apply yourself and pass all your classes.

 

Question: You asked whether you'll graduate or not>

 

Answer: Almost everybody in India graduates these day, it may be

arts, commerce, science, engineering or medical, but they all

graduate. If you don't graduate, you'll spend the rest of your life

asking questions about your future on a board like this and seeking

magic answers. If you work hard now, you'll have a safety net for the

rest of you life. Educating yourself is your Karma that you have to

perform when you're a teenager so perform you Karma and stop seeking

magic answers to your laziness and inability to apply yourself.

 

Question: If I left my education, will I be successful in life?

 

Answer: No. Even the Tatas, the Birlas, the Ambanis and the

Rockefellers go to school and educate themselves.

 

Question: If I fail one more time, I'll be kicked out of college!

 

Answer: You already know your future, why hang out on this board and

seek answer to what you already know.

 

Question: Will I do business or service?

 

Answer: If you get a degree in engineering, you'll have the option of

doing business or service. If you don't do your Karma and get kicked

out of college, you'll do neither business nor service, but spend the

rest of your life trying to seek magic solutions to a million

problems that you'll encounter because of lack of education.

 

I can give you a brief idea as to what can happen to you without

education--no girl will be ready to marry you, your parents will grow

old and stop supporting you, your friends who do get education and

move on with life will no longer want to be your friend, etc. etc.

 

The moral of my long e-mail is as follows:

 

1)You have to do your Karma.

2)You cannot escape your Karma.

3)Astrology has no magic answers to your problems. It can't change

your destiny.

4)You can change the Astakvarga score of all houses except the eighth

house, i.e. even if you inherit bad Karma from your prior birth, you

can alleviate it by performing good Karma in your current birth.

 

Sachin, I was once an engineering student in India as well. For

several year the only thing I focused on was my studies and today I'm

sitting in the US living a nice comfortable life, in fact, I'm

considering retiring and coming back to India to care for my parents

and I'm only 35. -- I'm reaping the fruits of my Karma and if you

study hard right now, you'll reap the fruits of your Karma as well.

 

Hope you get the moral of my long e-mail.
