I am interested in understanding the following a) Cancer represents malignant growth. Will Guru or Rahu play a significant part in the growth of tumour and if so how ? I guess the body part will be identified by kalapurusha's body part...What influence on Guru will make it potential to cause cancer? Thoughts on this ? b) Treatment of cancer can at times indicate amputation of that part of the body....I guess Mars as an indicator of surgery is involved in amputation... I am slightly confused in the thought process of whether Mars should be a benefic here preventing the spread of malignant or will it be in the role of malefic resulting in amputation? Some thoughts would be very helpful. c)Here again, how do I analyse which is the possible way of treatment?....Surgery sometimes resulting in amputation or chemo theraphy? Some thoughts with any examples you have would be very helpful for me... Please to share your thoughts.... I was sent to a specialist out of town, and operated on for 8 plus hours, on March 8, 1990 at 12:00 Noon. Using a 365.25 day dasa, I was running Ra/Ma/Ke/Sa/Sa for the initial diagnosis, and Ra/Ma/Ve/Mo/Ra for the date of surgery. If working with the 360 day dasa, the diagnosis was made during Ju/Ju/Ju/Ra/Ju and surgery was performed during Ju/Ju/Sa/Sa/Ve. Narayana dasa was Sc/Ar…if I remember correctly. It was detected in June 2002 at a terminal stage, when she was running Saturn-Moon-Mercury. yes"> Saturn is the dipositor of Moon and is in the 5th with Mercury and Venus. She has been extremely ill since 1990 when Saturn dasha commenced and finally started doing here tests and X-rays in April 2002 soon after Rahu entered her 8th house and joined transit Saturn. What shows bone marrow cancer? Of course she has Sun and Mars in the 6th. Does that have something to do with it? Her data is March 18th, 1936, 21:00 hrs, Nabha, India. Given the current types of cancers known to science, these planets would have to be afflicted and connected with the 6th house inimically for Cancer to occur in a Jataka. For the cancer to be detected Saturn has to come to 9th house and cast his 10th aspect on the 6th house. In this position he would also be 8th from the 2nd house and 2nd from the 8th house. At least this is how I think We should approach the interpretation of Cancer astrologically. Please find out whether applying these principles to the chart in question the results can be arrived at, using Sun as planet which needs to be aflicted..I would have done so myself but do not have the chart in question. Gurus might like to comment. Here it is again: March 18th, 1936, 21:00 hrs, Nabha, India Garamond">. I have also attached the chart. Sun and Mars in 6th had caught my attention immediately simply because of the bone and the marrow factor. I mentioned the dasha too in the earlier mail, as to when her cancer was detected, June 2002, in Saturn-Moon-Mercury. Saturn is linked with all these planets. It is in conjunction with Mercury and 8th lord Venus. It is also Moon’s dispositor. Sun was transiting her A6 at that time (I don’t know whether this has any relevance) and in trines to her lagna. Saturn moved to her 9th in July about a month after the disease was detected. And this was the terminal stage. Thereafter she has been hospitalized, and returned home during Saturn’s retrogression in Taurus. Interestingly, the cancer also manifested itself in a peculiar skin condition on her legs (I forget the name…something like Armidellosis). Apparently this condition is rare and her legs were photographed by the AIIMS doctors and send to Australia for research purposes.
