Birth Time Rectification

hello All,

 

I want to know the address / contact details of a good

astrologer in delhi or near by delhi, who can rectify

my birth time to the exact second. I know my time of

birth is 15:33 PM, but 2-3 minutes can be plus minus,

when my parents may have noted time. So can anybody

suggest me where I can go for birth time

rectification, so that I have accurate time.

 

I am a new learner in astrology and slowly and

gradually learning new things.

 

If any body can tell the address or contact details of

such astrologer, who is master in correcting birth

time based on the happenings in my past life, it would

be highly appreciated.

am looking for various methods of birth time accuracy verification or

Birth Recitificaiton methods too for the past few days.
