Calculate the number of years,and decimals, betweendate of birth and the incident. Covert this period into TIME on thebasis of 1 year = 3min,56 sid. sec. Convert to nornal time. Add this togiven birth time. Cast the Chart, and check aspects to the house, concerned. (7th for Marriage, 5th for Birth of Child etc.). These aspects are western aspects, but the orb is reduced to 1 deg. If time of birth is correct, then one or more planets should aspct thathouse cusp. If not, change the birth time, say by 1min and recast chartand recheck the result, till you find that the required cusp is getting the aspect.
