Guest guest
Pranam Gurudev Right now I'm in US & once back to Delhi - first thing I'll do is to purchase your prescribed veda. I remember you mentioned this in earlier mail also.I don't know what I was in last incarnation but I had you in my dream on the same night twice after some days I logged in to this group. I never seen you except one photograph of some conference posted by some member on this list. I remembered it clearly that you had put on T-shirt & Jeans and crossing a double road in a greeny township - good moderate height, not so dark complexion - I bowed to your charans & you look youthful but firm. In second one - you were sitting in white cloths & I had a feeling that you are examining something beyond me... (reading my mind layers/thoughts & subconciousness, may be). Since then I thought to write you about this but didin't. In actual, I'm not a dreamer. The Gayatri is - "Om bhur bhuva sveh, tet sveturvarenyam, bhargo devasya dheemahi, dhiyo yo na prachodayaat! There is no swaha... I usually say swaha only while doing yagya on auspicious occasion & give Ahooti of Ghee or Samagri in fire. Pardon me to put non-astrological stuff here. Sanjayji, Please have a look at my chart & let me know two things - about MARS & 12th house. Mars is AK, is exalted but with Rahu in 6th. 12th house has Ketu but heavily aspected by Mars, Sat, Rahu & Jup. My all hopes are on Ketu now - but does it mean too much struggle on spiritual path? Can you please check what you are singing. If in doubt get a copy of Dayanand sarasvati's Rig Veda and check Mandala 3. Chapter 62 Rik-10 This is the Gayatri mantra 'As it is' and not adulterated. Just to clear a doubt! Since couple of days, I'm singing Gayatri Mantra (which I listen through a mp3 file downloaded from internet) while taking bath & thought came to my mind that this mantra is usually recited while offering water to lord Sun. And I'm singing it while taking bath. I know that we should not say SWAHA until we are not offering Aahuti but not sure whether is it OK to sing the matra while taking bath. The file I listened is really catchy... Please advise... TushankurArchives: vedic astrologyGroup info: vedic astrology/info.htmlTo UNSUBSCRIBE: Blank mail to vedic astrology-....... Guest guest
Thanks! Very informative link & great site too. Will read all stuff one by one. So if I recite 'Om bhur buva...' then it is a pranayaam. And if I have to recite Gayatri - then I should recite the way you wrote down below (tatsaviturvareëyaà bhargo...) I didn't understand one thing in the below link - Sun Yantra Picture has Navagraha but many are ( what I know) are names of SUN God only - so why we call it Navagraha - like suryaya, bhaskara, adityaya? Guest guest
Please advise me how to recite Gayaatri - with 'Om bhurbuvah swah' or without it and what is the purpose of both of them. As I undersatnd - it just means Om - all pervading, Bhu - material body, bhuva- Bhav body, swah - real self.... So whats the best way to recite it. regards Tushankur Tushankur Saroha <tushankur22 > wrote: Pranam Sanjayji Thanks! Very informative link & great site too. Will read all stuff one by one.
