Delay in marriage (Badhaka+Neech Bhang Raj Yog)

Respected Gurus,

 

I have been interested in astrology since the last 5 years and am

writing in about a friends horoscope.

 

He is experiencing delay in marriage and some frustration on the

work front. Can the learned gurus give a timeframe and type of

spouse to look for. Can some remedies be suggested to him for happy

married life. I understand he has badhaka lord and debiliated

ascendant lord in 7th - this is however forming a neechbhanga raj

yog.
