hi,

iam a smoker . its not possible for me to stop that

.. can any body suggest me soem remedy which can stop

smoking habbit . its stopping automatically while iam

keeping varadha to ayyppya (sabrimala).so any body can

lite a light in life . pl help me in this.

Hi rajagoopalan,

Where there is a will there is a way. I personally think self hyponsis is a very

good road to stopping smoking and habbitual tendencies. Its a proven science.

Try seeking the help of some good hypnothepesit around town or in ur close

proximity.

 

If one is able to understand and control the subconcious mind I think one can

control and learn to rechange the course of life and its purpose. Everything

depends on the mind and if its undercontrol everything else is under control
