Whenever such cases arrive, i feel that there must be some curse opearting that is so very strong. I have just consulted a medical student, as to the differences between twins. He says that there are few issues here a) The mother intake that goes to the kids inside gets divided. b) Her internal structure may be such that the resources that she is feeding herself may not reach one kid and go to another kid. c) When the foetus gets divided, the "intelligence gets divided". He further adds that this may mean that a twin might be exceedingly brilliant at studies, whereas the other kid may be good at social interactions. d) So in this case it is apparent that the other twin has host of degrees(not really normal). People these days dont have patience to get so many degrees. e) THe gap of one hour is not very normal, usually it is 10 to 20 minutes. Now coming to the astrological part even though i am not an expert in medical astrology, one thing is clear that the time of birth recorded for both the twins is not correct. The first twin should be born in gemini ascendant, so we need to take the Tob back a few minutes. His AL would fall in watery pisces with saturn and aspected by mars from Virgo suggesting matibhramana yoga. The second twin's case , since he is a lawyer, his TOB should be 2 minutes back, so that the dasamsa lagna would be LEO. and then Ketu , mars and sun would be dominating the profession. which is law. Remedies:- The parents should try Mrityunaya mantra, and give the teerth to the first kid. Give him a big emerald and wear it in little finger. the presence of venus in 4th house in d-30 suggests that they should do the same.
