If Saturn is a yogkarak planet or the lagna is Capricorn or Aquarius, then one can wear Blue Sapphire. You can test blue sapphire and then wear it. Blue sapphire is the only gem that should be worn after testing. If you reside in India, it's easy as one can pay for sapphire and if it doesn't suits to you, one can return in back. Tell the jeweller that if it didn't suit you you will return it. According to me, you can wear blue sapphire.
