I know that for second marriage we are supposed to look at the 8th from the UL

and the 8th from the 7th (or the 2nd) house in the rasi, but do we do this in

the navamsa as well? Just was unsure about this and hope someone can clarify

my doubts. Thanks!

Dear Laurie,

In Navamsa, 8th house from UL doesn't indicate the 2nd spouse, this

is true only in Rasi. Infact the 8th house from UL in Navamsa plays

an important role in determining the longevity of marriage. Focus on

UL in Navamsa.

However, the 2nd house in Navamsa does signifies the 2nd spouse ...

just like the Rasi Chart. Using the 2nd house as Lagna one can

determine the nature and appearance of the 2nd spouse, whereas the

8th house from UL in Rasi chart shows the inner nature of the 2nd

spouse.

Hope this helps.

Warm Regards

Narayan
