It is like when you are not feeling well, you go and consult a doctor for cure, then the doctor will prescribe a medication to cure the disease. But one will not take a Multi Vitamins to cure a particular disease. Similarly by wearing a NavaRatna ring one is strengthning all the planets, which may not be good for the native, in turn one should wear the appropriate gemstone as a remedy. That is what I think with my little knowledge and request guru's to correct me.
