Your lagna is Scorpio with this time, not even your Navamsa lagna is changing. BTW, exalted Venus in lagnaamsa is very good for jyotish studies, and Ketu in trines to karakamsha gives you a good ability. What ayanamsa are you using? Maybe that's the cause for your confusion...
