Yes, both are correct. Jupiter and Saturn in 2nd from UL at the time of

legal marriage, and Jupiter in UL in Pisces at the time of visiting

Balaji. Vivaha-samskara was done with Jupiter and Saturn transiting natal

Venus, Chara darakaraka, in 3rd from UL - 11 June 2000.
