Dear Sirs;

Have been going through a lot of mails saying jupiter spoils the

house it tenants???. Even though the aspected houses gain strength.

Would it be the same if he is situated in the best of kendra i.e 10th

is in own house/exalted.

An astrologer friend of mine told me, jupiter in 10th for libra

brings a lot of lawsuits. But isnt it contrary to what is written in

Bhavarth Ratnakar and in general accepted rule that 10th Jupiter is a

yoga karaka??

Dear Atul,

Results of Jupiter in 10th would be modified by his own house lordship and othe

aspects/conjunctions. What your Jyotish friend says is not with out Logic. For

Libra ascendant he is lord of 3rd and 6th and his placement in 10th could

indicate troubles from enemies incl. law suits, though his aspect of the 6th

house would ensure win for the Jataka. It could also indicate Lack of

Pitrusukha.
