Sarpa dosa

I will answer your questions one by one:

This pooja is performed everyday, at almost 30 minute intervals throughout the

day ( not sure about night times).

It is a group pooja. We have two groups. One where about 50 people are involved

and that costs about Rs 250/- and the other where it costs Rs 500/- and the

number of people are about 10.These two groups perform pooja in two different

locations in the same temple campus. Also in the Rs 500/- group the pooja is

performed closer to the idol of the God.

The pooja items would cost around Rs 100/- or a little more and everything is

sold around the temple, so you can buy them there.

sorry to interrupt. as per my knowledge the kala sarpa puja at sri kalahasti

used to be performed (previously) outside the periferal wall of temple on the

banks of the river which is touching the temple. i am unaware of the present

situation.
