Wearing of Gems

Namaste Gurus and other listed members,

Regarding the selection of fingers for the use of different gems,I will give

here some scientific reasons.Now each finger has got some connection with the

different parts of our body by means of nervous system.The nervous system is te

communication system of our body and it functions like a vast inter connected

telephone lines.So each finger is connected with the specific parts of our

body.

First Finger (Tarjani ):It is also called index finger or fore finger.It is

under the control of Jupiter or Guru.Medicaly,it stands for respiratory system

and the stomach.So for curing the problems connected to respiratory and

stomach,gems are required to be worn in this finger.Gems for Chandra,Kuja and

Guru can be worn in this finger as these planets control our respiratory system

and stomach.For getting sound sleep,white pearl is used in this finger.

Middle Finger (Madhyama ):It is under the direct control of Shani and medically

it stands for intestines,mind,brain,liver and mental structure.Gems for

Budha,Rahu ,Shukra and Shani can be worn in this finger as they are friend of

Shani.

Third Finger (Anamika ): The planet Surya rules this finger.It stands for

happier side of the life.Medically it represents kidneys,stomach,generative

system,and blod circulation.So gems for Guru,Kuja,Kethu and Surya can be worn

in this finger.

Fourth finger (Kanishta ):It is directly under the control of Budha.Medically it

represents private parts,knees,legs,feet and the lower parts of our body.So gems

for Shani and Rahu can also be worn other than Budha's gem.

malefic planet i.e.Sun,Mars,Saturn and is in 8thhouse,the concerned gem can be

a planet which becomes yogakarka eg.a)Sat for Taurus and Libra(even though Sat

Well if you are getting confused then you may read the book "Remedial

Measures in Astrology" by Jagannath Bhasin(Ranjan Publications).

Unfortunately the book is in Hindi. Also Mantras from Shri Sanjay

Rath's book can help, if you can figure out which mantra is to be

recommended etc., In Bhasin's book there are several detailed

examples in Hindi (sometimes its essential to study hindi/sanskrit

literature as the original meaning gets lost in english

translation...although its very inconvenient for those who do not

know hindi/sanskrit). Somewhere in his book, Bhasin mentions that

human beings are not independent always when executing their karma or

getting the results of their karma. He says that some have (analogy

when comparing humans to cows) 10 feet rope around their neck while

others have 50 feet rop around their neck. But he maintains that

results of karma can be controlled by mantras,gems, medical

treatments, medcines and Graha pujas. His book is focussed entirely

on gems only.

In essence, his experience indicates that even in some severe malefic

combinations, Jupiter(Pukhraj) helped to restore intelligence to

undeveloped brains. Although he has cautioned several times against

strengthening malefic planets by gems. The book is very relaxing if

you know hindi aand even if you do not know much about

astrology....prehaps there is some english translation available..not
