Guest guest
Jaya JagannathDear Tushankur, You wrote but I'm now a bit curious on astronomy part of it - like if i'm in New Delhi & you are in Boston & You say that Jupiter is in Cancer - how we both can have similar measurement, say that Jupiter is in Cancer as we both are just opposite as Paataal lok to each other (at a particular point of time say 6:00PM your time) - I must be looking to different sky - Trigonomtry is playing its part - I suppose. If I were in Delhi (I was there a few months back), I would have discussed these things with you personally.... However no issues with that... I will try to make this clear. First of all I would say because you and someone is separated by miles, both will be looking at different sky at any particular time. This is why we have different portions of zodiac risen above the sky at two different places at any moment. Now at any moment the degree of the zodiac rising on the eastern horizon is commoly known as Lagna. Now the when Lagna rises at the rate of 1deg in 4 min approximately. Lets say, If someone is separated from you by lets say 20 degree in longitude (western side), then the difference in the degrees of lagna rising would be 4*20 min or 80 min or 1 hr 20 min. This means what you see above the sky (which has risen above the sky), the other person will see approximately after 1hr 20 min. Now from the Zodiac, how can one say, what is above in the sky, which planets are there and which zodiac signs are there, at any moment. Just find the lagna rising at the moment and find out which planets are placed in the 7th to 12th from the Lagna. These are the signs which have already risen above the horizon at that moment and can be seen on the sky (with some aid.... if needed). That is why this is called the visible half of the zodiac. Now which sign you can see on the horizon... The ascendant rising... and what you see just above the ascendant on the eastern sky.... the 12th sign.. which has risen just before the Ascendant. I guess this makes things little clear... If you wish... Just draw a horocope after the sunset, find the signs from 7th to 12th and try to find them on the sky. The sign in the 10th house, should be immediately above the head.... Why can't you see the Sun over there........ `coz, Sun has moved to 6th house (probably or before the cusp of the 7th house) after setting in the 7th house. The planets and signs which are near to the Lagna/ 12 th can be spotted in the Eastern sky and the one who are nearer to the 7th can be seen in the western sky. Jupiter's position is however remains constant as this position can is seen from the Center of the earth. The only difference between the you and the person on the opposite side is that one can see the planet and other cannot. The best possible thing in which you both can see is, you are seeing it setting and the other person is seeing it rising. Dear Narsihmaji Namaskar Thanks for correcting me. Yes I now remember reading your book where you have given a very discriptive narration for Arudhas & A3. While geting introduced to Arudha approach in your book - I was visualising rasi chart as mirror crystal & arudhas as its mirror image - both projecting & defining meaning to each other - as some one in a mirror house & observing reflections from all the sides of himself. I think if one masters this approach (with HIS grace) - one can undoubtedly get deep insight into himself - I think just like when one go deep into meditaion & reveals himself. I was going through your mail made for Chandrashekharji where you were analysing D-12 for Chandraji's Parents. Its just outstanding. Your example corrected me to read divisioanl charts - I was thinking that Lagna in D-12 depicts Parents & 9th house Grandfather/Mother but I understood that I need to go to 9th for Father, 4th mother & like wise. Will you endorse this approach if I read my father/mother from my D-12 & try to match the observations with their natal charts? Though Jupiter was retrograde for past some months - still I completed your book & now reading it again from 4th April from first page. I'm bit confused about Lunar motion (astronomically) & looking for some sites or material where I can understand pictorically how Chandra changes its kalas - how Sun-Moon conjunction brings new lunar month. I'm in US right now from past few months - Washington post said that full moon was on 1st April & on 2nd evening (7:00PM - I'm near washington) - I observed that Moon is looking like an ID chand (like first or second kala). I was expecting it to be bigger one?? You wrote a wonderful book & tried hard successfully to make beginners like us understand - but I'm now a bit curious on astronomy part of it - like if i'm in New Delhi & you are in Boston & You say that Jupiter is in Cancer - how we both can have similar measurement, say that Jupiter is in Cancer as we both are just opposite as Paataal lok to each other (at a particular point of time say 6:00PM your time) - I must be looking to different sky - Trigonomtry is playing its part - I suppose. It also amazed me that how you can know that what was the sun-rise time at a particular place at particular day - may be in future? You made a superb software & I can just bow to divine grace/knowledge which you have given a form - JHora Lite. Sorry to shoot these silly questions - but it feels good when your responses are answered & corrected by wise people like you, chandraji & others. Humbly Tushankur "Narasimha P.V.R. A7 shows the people and interactions involved in the fulfillment of one's desires. If you are talking about the tone and energy carried in Chandrashekhar ji's mails, A7 is IMHO a bit inappropriate to look at. One's communication abilities are shown by the 3rd house. Its atudha pada, i.e. A3, shows the tangible things rising out of one's communications. In other words, the books, mails and articles written by one will be seen from A3. While the communication abilities are intangible, mails and articvles are tangible and rise out of the intangibles (arudha=risen one). So look at A3 if you want to study the nature of one's writings. Chandrashekhar ji gave his chart recently in a puzzle addressed to Praveen Kumar ji. If you look at the chart, you will find A3 in Libra (a sign of balance and diplomacy). And, look at the planets there! They are none other than Moon and Jupiter, forming a fantastic Gaja-Kesari yoga. So, naturally, his mails carry a saattwik, pleasant and compassionate tone. The positive energy you felt is that of Libra, Moon and Jupiter!
