Namaste,

The revival of pada applications in chart synthesis is a great work of SJVC and

their followers, it is like reawakening of forgotten tools.

Arudha (risen one) of different bhavas is the "manifestation of self" in this

illusorry (maya) world at different leval and plane. In other words it reveals

general perception, e.g. AL shows how people see us generally, AL in D-10

indicated how we are perceived in career and profession. AL in D-24 highlights

how we are perceived as a student or our personality in college.

Similarly pada of other bhavas show perception of signification related with

these bhavas. On the archive of vedic astrology there are many good articles of

Narasimharao and messages answered by Sanjay Rath, highlights importance and use

of "Pada". But I did not find any details of all pada like we comeacross in case

of significators of houses. Which can shows AL stands for this this and this, A2

indicates this and this etc.

There is a need of thorough list having meaning of pada for different houses, in

the perspective of modern meanings.

Because the meanings varies as the time and place change. Now a days we can't

say for a powerful 3rd house and A3, that such a person will expert in warfare

and will possess weapons and interested in listening shastaras etc. But he may

have internet connection and mobile set, a considerable number of books and

magazines, interested in writings and listening analysis/news and there may be

many online links.

Hence this is the need of time to compile a precise dictionary of padas (bhava

pada and graha pada) according to requirements of modern world. If not possible

instantly; then at aleast, teach clear significations/indications of A2, A3, A4,

A5 ... upto UL, (in a tabular form). So that amatuer (like me) can take in

arudha concept better.

Warm Regards

IMRAN
