Guest guest
Dear Sudhanshu, >Then why astorologists have a view of bringing he child into >this new world without any future support. Have a look >from the child's point of view, shud he come and have >a miserable life? Not necessarily. The child could be adopted, and may even have a wonderful life. In any case better than to kill the foetus in the womb, which is a great sin. Isn't it? OK, she may regret her past life, but to regret that by committing another mistake will certainly not lead her to great spiritual life. It shouldn't sound like 'oh, we are so merciful to this poor child, so let's kill it'. Better to find some nice parents who would like to adopt this child. Remember the story of Draupadi, who called the Sun God by mistake, and Surya deva had to give her a child because of the power of the mantra she chanted. She didn't kill the child, rather she put it in a basket on the river, for some nice parents to find the child. Mistakes, once done, cannot be reversed, but at least one can take care as to not commit even graver mistakes. Guest guest
Respected Dhiraji, I agree with you that the child can be given up for abortion but I wud still think about the sanskaras that child will have from his mother, being obsessed with sex. i dont think this would be desirable for the adopting parents. As far as remorse goes I again agree with you that it should not be followed by another sin, but if followed in a proper manner dont you think sorrow will lead to inclination towards the SUPREME? "dukh mein sumiran sab karen..." I still feel Guidance to the lady is a must by any means and this might be challenging task for practical implementation of theories of astrology. Kindly forgive me in case I go overboard at any point of time. > Wed, 27 Aug 2003 20:38 +0200 > "Dhira Krsna BCS" > <Dhira.Krsna.BCS > to abort or not to? > > Dear Sudhanshu, > > >Then why astorologists have a view of bringing he > child into > >this new world without any future support. Guest guest
Dear Sudhanshu, Hare Rama Krsna! >I agree with you that the child can >be given up for abortion but I wud still think about >the sanskaras that child will have from his mother, >being obsessed with sex. i dont think this would be >desirable for the adopting parents. How can you know that the child would be so? Prahlad Maharaja was born from Hiranyakasipu, a great demon, and Prahlad was the greatest devotee of Lord Vishnu. Of course, he was trained even while being in the womb by Narada Muni in his hermitage. Still every living being has a right to live. > but if followed in a proper manner dont you think sorrow will >lead to inclination towards the SUPREME? Not by committing more sin. Yet, I have seen the chart of the lady and believe she will abort the child. Probably she already did.
