Firstly , Jupiter has transited over to Leo.He aspects Mars who is in Saggittarius.This is a good sign which indicates the possibility for the native to get married soon ie before finally Jupiter transits to Virgo.(or Libra as per sayana paddhathi.)Mars is said to be the "karaka" for husband. Mars is with a malefic.His sign dispositor ,Jupiter is debilitated. As Jupiter is debilitated ,the native is likely to be physically lean/emaciated. The presence of Mars in Saggittarius suggests ,perhaps, that the parents /grandparents of the husband of the native would have had ,cattle and landed property in plenty.The native of the horoscope might have been born near a temple/church, of a female goddess.As Rahu is with Mars ,the husband of the native may get a small job to start with.He may hail from a foreign land.These are mere speculations.In 2001/2002, the natives formal education might have come to an end.This is because ,then jupiter transited to Gemini where Dragon tail is situated.Saturn during the course of travel from his natal position comes into contact with Ketu and Mars who are his enemies.Therefore for the native to get a job it may take quite some time. Now coming to further analysis, The 7th lord ,Venus is in the 11th both from Laganam and Chandra lagnam.That is good.As per Vimshottari the dasa of Rahu-Bhukthi of saturn -and Antara of Mercury are in progress.The Sub-Sub period of Venus will be in progress from 29-4-2004 and it will go upto 24-10-2004.This is the ideal period which ,let us hope,will bless the native to get married. Usually the 9th lord blesses one with marriage etc.The 7th lord too is capable of blessing a native to get married. Above all, Jupiter has Guru-Balam due to his present situation in Leo. Having said that, on the limited data given by you it appears that your friend (should the data be correct) has Moon the Karaka for mind without pakshabala( as it associates Sun).Both Sun the lord of Buddhi(intellect) and Moon Karaka of mind receive aspect of Saturn who himself is Lord of 11th. She might be having a habit of speaking uncivil words qwhen provoked. Something positive might be observed in Rahu dasha and Sun or Jupiter antardasha, now that lord of 9th Jupiter has traansited Leo.She could live abroad as 4th house receives aspect of Sat and 9th as well as 12th house indications support this, but the period might not be very long as Jupiter aspects the 4th.
