Dear Chandrashekhar & Rao,According to the chart in the Birth Data Bank, the

time zone is 2:00:00 (East of GMT).The chart seems quite strong to me, correct

me if I am wrong. Sun is debilitated in navamsa but placed quite well in Lagna

which is Cancer. Saturn is also in Lagna and in Cancer which is excellent for

politics. Rahu is running right now and Rahu is placed in it's sign of

exaltation and in the 11th. Rahu is also placed in AL. Best regards,Harsha---
