Yes. Also you see the aspects from the previous house also and you may be able

to get some clues about the planet's activities.I was working on this subject

from a long time and I wanted others also to continue some observations in this

regard.Now for example Guru is Vakra in Kumbha Rasi ,so we have to consider him

to be in Kumbha as well as in Makara where he is debilitated and see the

results when applied to a particular chart as per its lordship and the house it

occupies along with its Nakshatra dispositor.If its or any Vakra Planet's

Nakshatra dispositor is also a Vakra planet then theis particular planet

suffers in giving favourable results also.Please apply these rules and see how

it orks.

Dear Ramdas,

In your explanation you took fourth lord and the

relationship with the mother.Suppose the AK is Jupiter and Vakri then do we

look at lordship or Guru or matters of the Ak itself ? Also what exactly is the

native supposed to do which helps in dealing with the past karmas.Can this be

applied to all retrogade planets?

Dear Ramdas Rao ji

This is the western viewpoint which used the progression of one day equal to one

year of life to determine the date of a retrograde planet becoming direct. This

is fairly fine but the Vedic system can be tried also. Use different

progressions of Manu for different aspects of life. However, the basic fact of

retrogression will not change.

If jupiter is in Aquarius it is like in exaltation and if in retrogression then

this becomes weak. If it is second lord from upapada then it causes break in

marriage.

is AK as you said but see what is his lordship and where he is posited and what

is his Nakshatra and its dispositor and all thesehouses are connected in this

present life.If the planet becomes direct in this life at an early age,the

native starts his new mission in his/her life accordingly.I hope this helps

Dear Raji,

 

Let me answer your question even though you addressed it to Gurudev. Jupiter is

treated as exalted in Kumbha except for purposes of progeny. He is not

favorable in Kumbha for progenic bliss.
