What is the effect of Ketu being present in 5th from AL? Does it mean that my intelligence will be suspected by people? 2. What is the effect of AL and Upapada being the same? 3. What is the effect of Jupiter and Venus present in 8th from AL ? An off-topic question: ---------------------- Does my chart have promise for spiritual achievement? I am having this question because of late I am frequently getting thoughts about God. I just want to know if this is just a spurious thinking on my part. If you are thinking about god, that is good. Try to stay focussed and do dhyana, and deep study. AL is the perception about an individual by others.Thus the Arudha represents the sum total of how the individual is trying to project himself and inspite of that how others are percieving.I feel no individual would like to project himself as bad.So if the perception is bad it means the individual is unable to project himself as good.Am i right?.Moreover the perception is not static.It is relative and varies from individual to individual.How can we say we will be percieved in the same fashion by all.Lagna is fine because it remains the same irrespective of perceptions. But Arudha? So does this mean just a general image. And Upapada lagna represents the perception of the secondary lagna or the attribute which is next or upa to the lagna.If we consider this as spouse then UL represents how people percieve ones spouse.Am i right? In BPHS i have seen this(UL) being stated as upaarudha as well.So does this mean a secondary perception(Primary being AL).Thus conjunction of UL and AL implies same primary and secondary perceptions about the individual?
