Om Gurave Namah

Om Namo Narayanaya

Dear Sushmita

I have also started thinking seriously on this issue. My AK is Mars.

Infact, I have realised that in the past 4 months I have been drawn

to an ancient Lord Subramanya Swamy (Muruga) temple which also houses

a separate sanctum sanctorum for Mars. I worship Lord Muruga and Mars

every Tuesday at this temple. But this doubt on worshipping AK has

been lingering in my mind all along.

I have no idea of the gems to be worn or not to be worn.

Yes. The periods involving AK will teach a native important lessons

in this life. Lessons will be of penal nature for mistakes in the

past birth(s).

I remember having read in the archives, that if the AK planet is in

the 1st pada, it shows the soul longing for artha in this janma. AK

in the 2nd pada indicates the soul's longing for dharma, 3rd pada

indicates soul's longing for kaama and 4th pada for moksha.

Let's wait for Guru's guidance.

Best wishes

R. Kasthuri Rangan

Dear Partha

Thanks for the correction.

I was wondering where I had read about it. It was only after I posted

it, did I recollect that Sanjay ji had mentioned it at Hyderabad.

Om Gam Glaum Ganapathaye Vighnavinaashine Svaaha ||

Dear Rangan,

You have listed the order incorrectly!

The first Pada shows Dharma, the 2nd Artha, then Kaama and finally

Moksha. The easiest way to understand this is as follows:

Dharma Trikona = 1, 5 & 9

Artha Trikona = 2, 6 & 10

Kaama Trikona = 3, 7 & 11

Moksha Trikona = 4, 8 & 12

So just use the first house in each of the Trikona we get Dharma = 1,

Artha = 2, Kaama = 3 and Moksha = 4 and these correspond the the 4

padas of a nakshatra.

Hope this helps.

Narayan

Dear Shaileshji,

Allow me to interfere. I think Gurudev meant Moon as holding the

reins, while AK is the master!

Correct me if i am wrong.

Hare Rama Krishna

Dear Shailesh Ji,

It was Nara & Narayana (one and the same), we are speaking about! One

shows the way to mortals like us to give full control to Bhagavan &

surrender.

The example case was for mortals only and it speaks about Dharma ,

Artha , Kama & Moksha. It was clarified that Moon's placement in the

Nakshatra padas need to be reckoned, rather than the AK's placement,

to decide on the focus of the individual. AK's ultimate objective is

Moksha.

Not that Moon is stronger (AK is the King of the horoscope) to AK,

but it is in a way an obstacle in AK's path.

i have a feeling that you know all these things. i post it anyway

with a hope that it would help someone else.
