The lord of the third or tenth house if aspect the Moon, or the conjunction of Moon with the lord of the third and tenth houses followed by the placement of Moon in Aries, Taurus, Leo, Libra, Saggittarius and Aquarius leads to this diesase. Moreover the diease attacks the native before the dasa of the tenth house lord. Jupiter also responsible for this diease in some respects, Jupiter in the houses of 6th, 8th and 12th houses or the debility of Jupiter. Or the lord of the 6th house in the 12th house or the lord of the 12th house in the 6th house. Also any benefic planet in the 3rd house renders the diabetic diease. Yours sincerely A. Ramani. This is very true in my horoscope (from Lagna) and others which I saw.Can we get over this diabetics by some way eg. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes as well as another chronic disease at age 28 only.
