Guest guest Posted September 13, 2003 Report Share Posted September 13, 2003 Dear Ramadas Ji, What do you feel about the following Muharta charts for buying a running restaurant.There is no choice of date i.e.it has to be Oct.1st 2003.Company buying it is DJSR INC(D as in THE).The person signing the deal on behalf of DJSR's name starts with D as in THE.He is sure only about his date of birth and not time.He has 6 younger brothers and sisters.He is pretty attached to his mother.So I have worked only as per his Moon Rashi. To me 2nd Muharta looks fine except that 8th lord is in Lagna,but it is a vargotam lagna with 6,8,12 houses being vacant. Guest guest Posted September 14, 2003 Report Share Posted September 14, 2003 om namo näräyaëäya Dear Jagmeetji, Thanks for the mail.Now I cast all the 3 charts.the Nakshatra of the person is Ashwini and on October 1st,the Nakshatra is Mula and so Nakshatra svaamya is not there.Compared to both Lagna charts,2nd is slightly better as Lagna is Dhanu and is aspected by both Shani and Guru.Chandra is in Lagna.But Shukra is debilitated.Anyhow Lagna and Guru are Vargothama and so slightly the chart gets strength. Anyhow as a remedy,the person has to perform one Ganapaty Homam and a Durga Pooja on this day of 1st October. I hope this helps you. Guest guest Posted September 15, 2003 Report Share Posted September 15, 2003 om namo näräyaëäya Dear Jagmeetji, You can perform the Pooja in favour of the person .Now the company DJSR chart is also not ina good condition.If we take Lagna as Vrischika,then Lagna is afflicted by Ketu and 7th by Rahu and 8th is occupied by Shani.But then if we take Moon sign as The Lagna,then Moon sign lord Surya is in 12th from Moon sign and Shani aspects Moon sign Lagna which is occupied by Guru and Budha also.4th from Moon sign is occupied by Ketu which indicates the company will not be in healthy atmosphere.Even in Navamsha also the position remains the same.Ketu is in 4th from Navamsha Moon sign.But somehow Guru is with Moon in Navamsha also indicating God's Blessings are there.Kuja ® in 7th Vargothama in Rasi chart indicates some enemies are trying to deestablish the company's goals and its business. I have one query,do we consider only Graha Dristi and not Rashi Drishti in reference to your following,"The time selected for signing of contract is in Makara Lagna and this does not get any aspect from Guru who is in Simha Rasi."Guru from Simha rashi will have a Rashi aspect on Lagna.
