Yesterday night, i woke up in middle of night, i had severe throbbing at Ajna chakra, and i could hear a waterfall in my body!!. The experience lasted for few seconds, may be a minor earthquake in my body!. Most of the times we mistake sensations in body for kundalini. Kundalini is like a thunderbolt, and one needs to be prepared for that.
