You can simply use D-60 as the chart that shows the karma to be experienced in the current lifetime.
Guest guest
Namaste, > Sorry to ask the stupid question, but what exactly is the> D60 chart? It is not a stupid question. In Vedic astrology, there are what are known as "divisional charts". These are kind of like harmonic charts. You divide each sign into n equal parts and map each part into a sign and get a new chart, which is referred to as D-n. D-60 (shashtyamsa) is obtained by dividing each sign into 60 equal parts (of half a degree each) and mapping each part into a sign again. For example, the 60 parts of Aries go into Ar, Ta, Ge, ..., Pi, Ar, Ta, Ge, .. and so on (5 cycles of all the 12 signs in the zodiac). Suppose a planet is at 2 deg 21 min in Aries. So it is in the 5th part (each part, remember, is of half a degree). Thus, the planet is placed in Leo (5th half degree of Aries is mapped to Leo). So the planet is in Leo in D-60 chart. Like this, you find the planetary positions of all the planets and ascendant in D-60 chart. The rising sign in this chart changes once in every 2 minutes on average (while the overall rising sign in the main rasi chart changes only once in every 2 hours on average). If you download free Windows software "Jagannatha Hora Lite", you can get this chart and many other divisional charts for any birthdata you enter. Please go to: http://www.VedicAstrologer.org/jhl5 This D-60 chart is used for finding out what the native did in her/his past life and what kidn of karma one has to experience in the current lifetime, as a result of all the accumulated life experiences from past lives. It is a key chart according to a great Vedic sage, Parasara. May Jupiter's light shine on us,Narasimha > > It may be possible to see the past life from D-60, but let us not go there.
