Guest guest
Someone asked me about the Pravirajya Yoga. There are some texts avilable from the ancient literature of astrology that is by Varahamihira. As per this yoga it says that if more than four planets shuld conjunct in a rasi, they undergo Graha Yudha. Moreover in the Graha Yudha the planets conjuncting after the Mars are said to be surely lost in the war. Who gains in the Graha Yudha (Graha War) can be determined by their strength such as Exaltation, Dominal strength, Moolatrikona houses, friendly sign, inimical sign and debilitation sign etc. But it is very rare to see the planets more than four to have conjunction in a chart. Please note that this only meant for navagrahas please do not consider Upagrahas or outermost planets such as Pluto, Uranus and Neptune and so on. When more than four planets gets conjuncted atleast one of which should have exaltation for the Pravirajya Yoga to work out and to become a Sanyasi. Then at the dasa of the exalted planet teh native may tend to become a Sanyasi. Note, the rules are very important. The exalted planet if got combustion then he or she cannot become a Sanyasi at any time. Because eventhough the planet is exalted he is weak due to the combustion and the exalted planet cannot win at all. On such cases the native may involve meeting the priestly people and cannot become a Sanyasi. Also of other Raja Yoga dominate then also the native cannot become a Saint rather he/she will write about the Vedas and Sashtras and become famous. So overall or in conclusion, with the Pravirajya Yoga, 1.there should not be no other raja yogas dominate. 2. There should be atleast one exalted planet in the conjunction of more than four or five planets, hence in Aries this conjunction should be there with Sun likewise we can see for the other rasis 3. The exalted planet should have not have undergone any combustion. Apparently to become a Saint too there should be some astrological signatures we should have or else we cannot be so at all. There are other yogas and astrological signatures mentioned in the Vedic literature for one to become a saint. Bye now Yours sincerely A. Ramani.
