What does AL in 3rd indicate?

Hello everyone

 

I am a beginner and have been trying to get a sense of what the meaning

of AL in 3rd indicates. I have the following in the 3rs house, Exhalted

Sun Conj Mars in its Moolatrikona.

 

I also have Mercury in debilitation in Pisces in the 2nd house. So,

does Jupiter in the 5th in mutual exchange with Mercury in Pisces in the

2nd really cancel Mercury's debilitation or does its conjunction with

Lagna lord Saturn in the second also lowers Mercury's effects

 

I would appreciate some guidance on this please
