The Karakamsha is Ve, which is in 11 House. The 9th from 11 is 7, Lord of

which is Ve as well. Does it mean, that the Dharma Devata is Parashuräma (Vishnu

Avatara) for Ve (http://srath.com/lesson/8petallotus.htm) or Lakshmi. Is it

corect?

The last questions, I hope. How often is better to offer of Flowers and

Garlands and for whom (Chamundayai, because she is my Ishta Devata or to

somebody else?)? In which day is better to do that?

See planets joined the navamsa of Moon, otherwise the sign - don't look

at

aspects.

Jupiter dominates due to conjunction and hence Akasha dominates.

Akasha indicates offerings of Flowers and Garlands.
