To Anna Ji - Same Lagna in Rasi and Navamsa?

Dear Anna Ji,

 

Could you explain what Vargottama planet is? Is it if the planet is

in the same rasi in the rasi chart and the navamsa?

 

Thank you for the answer to my question. You are right, since

Vargottama strengthens the chart, it must have strengthened in the

marraige area also.
