Guest guest Posted November 26, 2003 Report Share Posted November 26, 2003 Dear Mukund Lord has asked us to realise "ourselve", know "our true being" that we "are part of divine", that we are the "spark" in the cosmic consciousness. WHen lord Showed his Viswarupa, he actually showed all the unvierses, people, energies as "part of him". So he exhorts arjuna that as he is a such a spark, to realise that he is only "part" of the great engine, and do his duty. Not to lament that "other parts" are "dying". The other parts being his uncles, granddads etc. He asks us to understand our true self, self realisation. But he cautiions us against trying to "knowHIM". Because "HIS true Nature" can never be known. He is the one who has created us, so how can we ever know him.
