Also, I have been in a very bad shape for last few months. Sometimes I feel life has come to an end. Any suggestions on any Prayer etc I should do? Any help will be GREATLY appreciated. Guest guest Posted November 22, 2003 Report Share Posted November 22, 2003 As far as I know there is a simple method of calculating the right kind of mantra which is based on the placement of the moon and thus helps in bringing peace to the mind and calming the mind.The method is as follows: 1.If Moon is placed in a Dual Rashi then do the mantra ''Hari Om''. 2.If Moon is placed in a Moveable Rashi then do the mantra''Hari''. 3.If Moon is placed in a Fixed rashi then do the mantra ''Hare Krishna''. So look at where your Moon is placed in your Rashi chart and do a mantra accordingly.However this is a very basic way and offcourse the Gurus can help us in detail with this.
