Please refer BPHS - Chapter 35 ; Slokas 13-18, Page 458 for more detals otherwise the summary is : 1) Sun in Karakamsha the native wil be engaged in royal assignemnt in the current Yuga, should be treated as governmental assignments/engagements. 2) Jupiter in Karakamsha, the native will do good acts, will have spiritual knowledge and vedic learning 3) Ketu be there, he will deal with elephants and be a thief. As my Guru ji always says: Think the big picture, do not take the rules in isolation, here I am refering to point 3 above. Guru Ji and other learned members, please confirm what I have mentioned is correct and if required please rectify.
