Querries: Actual nature of Gems?

Acc. to what i have learnt so far is that native shuold not donate the items of

a weak planet, he wants to strengthen. As by doing this he is giving out what

he is already having. M I right? For example......

1) If someone wants to strenthen its venus affected by rahu, then he shud not

donate/gift white/fragrant items like rice/flowers/perfumes.

2)what about SUN not a malefic but cruel: ruby will enhance what?; power or anger in native.

3) Wearing a stone of afflicted benefic will worsen the situation or strengthen the planet.

Also i learnt that gems for malefics helps weakening their malefic effect and

gems for benefics help strengthening their benefic nature. M I right? Or in

both cases their effect increases, no matter malefic or benefic??LIKE......

1)will catseye/hessonite increase bad effect of ketu/rahu OR diminish it.

Please guide about every planet/stone, what they will strengthen or what they will weaken

I'm no guru by any means, but i'll share whatever i know so far. It is said in

order to reduce the malfeasance or the negativity of a strong functional

malefic one wears a gemstone on the left hand and to enhance the good of a weak

functional benefic one wears the ring on the right hand. Usually people choose

to wear rings that enhance the good qualities of a weak functional benefic

(right hand). It is also said that if the planet owns a dustana then avoid

wearing a gemstone of that planet. Commonly however, the 9th lord or the 1st

lord is chosen (although sometimes the 9th and 1st lord can also own a

dustana). One can also even wear combinations on the left and right hands (to

decrease the malefic effects and enhance the good effects - need to be very

careful in choosing these

combinations).

To answer your questions.

1. If venu is the ascendent lord, yogakaraka or a very good functional benefic

you can wear a diamond even if other planets are afflicting it, because it will

make a weak venus strong wherever he is placed (and being that he is a

functional benefic) he will bestow those good results. However, when combined

with Rahu, it might be a little trickier. See Rahu sucks up the energies of the

planets it's positied with, so if you strengthen venus it might actually be a

good way for rahu to eat more of it. (or maybe im wrong in my thinking, one of

you learned memebers please correct me).

2. Sun doesn't increase anger. If he is a functional benefic in your natal chart

but weakly placed, then wearing a ruby will make you have more vitality, etc.

Mars is what causes anger, Sun causes pride.

3. So wearing a stone of an afflicted but functional benefic strengthens the

benefic to fight off the malefic influences.
