Guest guest
Dear Venkat-ji - Just from whatever I’ve learnt from PVR-ji and Sanjay Rath-ji , one has to look at the 3rd and 6th houses from AL in the annual tithi-pravesha chart (or whatever might be appropriate, for example a 30day, a 1-day TP chart, etc) for determining whether one looses or wins an impending battle (be it a physical fight or a legal battle). Let me try to explain. First, look at the natal chart to see if the 3rd and 6th placements from AL has strong natural malefics placed. This will ensure victory over enemies. However, if strong natural benefics are placed, it shows a peaceful mentality and shows someone who would never get into a dispute (even if they did they would be in trouble). If no planets are placed look at the planets aspecting these positions. Ok, now that we've done the first portion of it, let's look at whether the native will win or loose a specific battle in that year, 30-days or that day (make the corrsponding TP chart). Same thing, look at the 3rd and 6th positions from AL in that chart and look at the combined influences here. More the malefics the better equipped one would be for a battle and the fiercer they would be. Instead if there were more benficial aspects they would be in trouble if they get into the fight. Also, look at the influences on AL, if there are strong benefics aspecting or conjoining AL it shows that others may have a very good impression of you and if there are malefics aspecting or conjoining it shows that your image is tarnished - this might be useful to understand how a jury would react. Hope this helps. Regards, - Jai venkatarama_sastry <venkatarama_sastry > wrote: Dear friends, What are the indications that must be considered for success in lawsuits or in court cases? Guest guest
Thank you for the explanation, Jaidev Ji! Very interesting! I would have imagined that strong natural malefics would be BAD, but instead they are GOOD for ensuring victory in fights! Your explanation makes a lot of sense, thank you for helping me understand this. Guest guest
Thank you Gupta Ji, for your answer. Could you go into more detail on what to look for in each of these houses? Also, is it better for Mars and Saturn to be strong or to be weak?
