Guest guest
~ Om Namah Shivaya ~ Dear Raghunadha Rao, You made my D-9 Narayana Dasha. I need a small clarification regarding that. How my Dasha started from "Pisces" Here is my understanding of Narayana Dasha for Varga Charts. 1) Take the lord of D-nth house, here in this case lord for D-9 should be 9th house. i.e. Lord of 9th house (Aries) is mars. 2) Now Mars is present in Lagna (Vi) in D-9. Seventh house from it is pisces. So, we will take stronger of the two rashis for choosing dasha seed. 3) Both Vi and Pi contains same number of planets, so there is a tie at rule 1 4) Now we will see how many of following planets aspects / occupy a rashi i) Jupiter - occupies none, aspects both Pi and Vi ii) Mercury - Occupies none, aspects none Pi and Vi iii) Rashi's Lord (Mercury) - Occupies none, aspects none Pi and Vi So a tie here at rule 2. 5) None of Vi or Pi contains exalted planet, so tie at rule 3. 6) Oddity rule - Both Vi and Pi are even rashis, and there lords are in odd rashis, so tie also at rule 4. 7) Both Virgo and Pisces are dual Rashis, so tie at rule 5. 8) Now comes last rule, we look at longitudes of the lords of both rashis's Lords. Here Mercury is more advanced than Jupiter, so why we didn't started D-9 Narayana Dasha from Vi. Want to know, so that It can help me to see where I am wrong.
