Guest guest
Dear all, There has been an awful accident at a SriRangam (TamilNadu) marriage Hall day before yesterday. A thatched roof caught on fire and caved in over the attendees, who were a crowd of few hundreds, and so far 55, including the groom and his grand-father have been burnt to death. SriRangam aboards the marvelous deity Sri Ranganathaswamy and I think Sri Andal, whose Thiruppavai is praised everyday in the auspicious month of 'Margazhi' hails from SriRangam. The incident took place at the wedding of Iyengars, worshippers of Sri RanganathaSwami, and hence must have been match-made by more than one competent Jyotishi(s) as well as the date/muhurta fixed on their guidance. Sad but the question sometimes arises, why Jyotish is so limited that such a mishap cannot be seen? The incident was also broadcast in the local American T.V. - Jayashree PS: On a separate note, it has been brought several times to the attention of Jyotishi A.M.R who writes at the Kumudam Jyotidam column by temple-goers of SriRangam with regards to the perilous condition of the surroundings of the temple, where cows belonging to the temple are treated extremely bad. A.M.R has brought about many changes by addressing such issues in his writings. Even he had mentioned in one of his writings a few months ago, that inspite of all his efforts, the Temple Trustees, etc. at SriRangam paid no heed and the conditions were still detrimental. Guest guest
SARVAM GYANANANDAMAYAM JAGAT AUM GURUBYO NAMAH Dear Narasimha, Namaste. i have called for the same. i shall let you know. As regards the timing of the incident it is around 9:15:00 AM(as per 'The Hindu'). So many marriages had taken place at the same time in and around Tamil Nadu during the same muhurtha. No accident had been reported from other places. The following are some of the features which need greater attention: 1.A proper analysis of the individual's horoscopes. 2.Compatibility of the muhurtha chart and those of bride and the groom. 3.Conducting havan/homa in the terrace(which tantamounts to performance of homa in the sky). 4.Place/marriage hall and the grama devatha. 5.Performing marriages in unfinished/partly finished marriage halls. i am attaching the chart cast for 9:15.AM. Best wishes. Astrologically yours, p.s.ramanarayanan.pvr108 <pvr (AT) charter (DOT) net> wrote: Namaste,Does anyone have the muhurta that was decided for this wedding?May Jupiter's light shine on us,Narasimha> Dear all,> > There has been an awful accident at a SriRangam (TamilNadu) marriage > Hall day before yesterday.
