I came across chart of a lady with the following birth details.

 

Place of Birth : Bangalore

Time at Birth : 11:55 AM

Date of Birth : April-16, 1980

 

I took one cursory look at this chart, and have stumbled upon these

in Yuva Avastha or Vriddha Avastha. What should be construed from

this?
