Guest guest
Dear Sundeep, Hare Rama Krsna! I agree with Chandrashekhar. Modern scientists may have a big desire to play with the laws of nature (God) but they'll never be God. No matter what futuristic ideas they may develop, do these things work out in practical life? The answer is: NO. A mother and father are not determined by genes, who knows what's going on on this microscopic level. It's a whole different universe in itself. It proves of an inherent wrong view of reality. A person is not determined by which genes he/she has, but it is the soul who gives life. This is just like saying: Oh, there are some screws from a Toyota in my car, the wheels are from a Mazda, the motor is made by Nissan, and now if I change this little lamp on my dashboard with the one from my radio, I will be a different person, and who knows if I still have the same father and mother? No, I'm still the same person driving the car. Yantra= machine, body; Atma= the soul. Regarding IVF, The time when the embryo enters the womb should be considered as the adhana lagna (or nisheka, as you like), just like with normal conception the time the seed is entering is the adhana lagna. There are rules given in Jaimini Upadesa Sutra for the succesful result of adhana, the same applies to IVF. Unfortunately these rules aren't studied by medical scientists and that's why so many IVF's go wrong. Not only that. the parent's charts must also indicate the birth of a child at that particular moment. As my dear Gurudeva Visti stated regarding the birth of Kunti's children, who were begotten by demigods and immediately took birth, we have to understand here that these births were of a divine nature, and thus human rules regarding conception and gestation were skipped over. In that case, it is interesting that still, Kunti's children had their karma, since the soul entering this world at a particular time will always undergo the results of the birth chart. Even Krsna, though He is able to escape, will not do so, since He enacts the life of a human being. He also underwent His sade sati e.g. Regarding Kunti's first son Karna, who was born from the ear of his mother, the usual human principles of birth were not there, there was no embryo in the womb, no cutting of umbilical cord, still the moment of his 'appearance' has to be taken as his birth chart, and I'm sure there was the yoga that he would be killed by his brother Arjuna.
